As inspiration we took the first glimpse of Holland that Golnar – one of the two partners of Rive Roshan – ever got: the organised and structured landscape of the Dutch countryside, with the low sun shimmering in the many boulders and lakes.
We recreated this experience through photographing a composition of glass, film and colour in the silvery early morning sunlight, reflected from the IJ river into our studio.
